Jim Bilton is the Managing Director of Wessenden Marketing – a leading marketing, research and advisory firm based in London, with a 32-year track record and an international range of clients across the media, logistics, retail, direct marketing, finance and business service sectors in the UK, Europe, Australia and USA. Wessenden publishes a range of reports and branded products, including the mediafutures benchmarking project and the audience newsletter, wessendenbriefing. He has sat on various committees of the PPA and has written for a number of publications including the Financial Times, The Guardian, Campaign, Media Week, Admap, Retail Newsagent, InPublishing, Marketing Week, World Press Journal, as well as being interviewed on radio and TV.
