Jacob has been an entrepreneur and executive at the intersection of digital entertainment, user-generated content, and social media throughout his career. As Vice President of Business Development at TMB, Jacob oversees commercial partnerships, AI strategy, new platforms, and innovation for the company’s diverse roster of brands, including Taste of Home, Reader’s Digest, Family Handyman, FailArmy, and The Pet Collective. In his role, Jacob is responsible for developing new revenue streams, expanding existing businesses, and supporting corporate development opportunities for the company. Jacob began his career as a founding member at social commerce pioneer Bazaarvoice, leading international marketing for the business through the company’s $1 billion IPO on NASDAQ 2012. Jacob later served as Co-Founder and CEO of Wisecrack, a digital-first education media brand named a FastCompany ‘Most Innovative Company’ and acquired by Blue Ant Media and Omnia Media in 2019.
